Itinerary RIVERSIDE PARK TO CLACKAMETTE PARK

3.2 Miles 3.2 Miles
2 Hour Float 2 Hour Float

The last section of the river runs through the communities of Oregon City on the south side of the river, and Gladstone on the north side of the river, before ending at the confluence with the Willamette River at Clackamette Park. As you float down river you will see riverside homes, pass under the Union Pacific railroad bridge and the I-205 bridge, as well as go through the popular swimming areas at High Rocks and Clackamas Cove.

The Clackamette Park boat launch is a concrete ramp that goes into the Willamette river, is in Oregon City, and is currently closed to vehicles (and motor boats), but is still usable for non-motorized boats (you have to carry up the ramp to the parking lot). There is plenty of boat trailer parking and an overflow parking lot if needed. The float time from Riverside Park to Clackamette Park is 2 hours.
